Vantan72系列是一款溶劑型雙組份玻璃絲印油墨。附著力強、硬度高、耐酸耐堿、耐酒精、耐二甲苯、耐丁酮、耐水煮水泡。中等光澤、色澤飽滿、流平性、印刷平整無針孔、遮蓋佳，一次印刷就可達到非常好的遮蓋力，大大節省成本。

Vantan72 series is a solvent-based two-component glass screen printing ink, with strong adhesion, high rigidity,acid and alkali resistant, alcohol resistant,xylene resistant,butanone resistant, boiling and soaking resistant.Medium gloss, full color, excellentlevelling property, smooth printing withoutpinhole, good coverage, and can get good coverage just in one printing, saving a considerable amount of costs.

使用方法Method of use :

u印刷前請清洗印刷表面并過烘干機烘干玻璃。

uclean the printing surface and dry the glass with drier before printing.

u固化劑和烘烤條件：添加P527固化劑；油墨：固化劑=100;10;烘烤150度，10-30分鐘。

uCuring agent and drying conditions: add P527 curing agent; printing ink : curing agent=100:10; dry at 150℃ for 10 to 30 minutes.

u稀釋劑：根據印刷方式和環境條件添加10%左右稀釋劑調節油墨稀稠度。

uDiluent:add about 10% diluent to adjust theconsistence of the printing ink according to the printing method andenvironmental conditions.

u添加本公司不同的固化劑可得到不同的墨層性能，具體使用請咨詢本公司技術人員。

注意事項Be careful :

u玻璃清洗后必須烘干玻璃，潮濕天盡量避免施工。

uDry the glass after cleaning, try to avoid theoperation in wet weather.

u功能測試（如：耐化學測試、水煮、水泡等）必須在油墨充分固化并放置24小時后進行。

uFunction test (e.g. chemical resistance test, boiling resistance test, soaking resistance test and so on) should be performed after the printing ink is fully solidified and rested for 24 hours.

u已添加固化劑的油墨必須在規定的時間內使用完，并不得收回至原包裝內。

uThe printing ink with curing agent should be used up within thespecific time and shall not be recycled to the original package.
