■ 模塊化拼裝式結構、鋁合金方梁,觸摸屏 PLC控制,操作界面簡單易懂。
■ 三對毛刷(Φ160 ㎜ )不銹鋼軸頭,上部硬毛刷配置氣缸可單獨的提升,特制軟毛刷可洗LOW-E玻璃,普通鍍膜玻璃。
■ 主傳動為斜齒傳動,變頻調速,清洗機毛刷分別由上下兩組電機單獨的齒帶傳動,轉速平穩(wěn),使用壽命更長。
■ 快速自動厚度調節(jié),升降高度320mm,方便內部保養(yǎng)。
■ 標配風水加熱、溫度模塊采集、準確控制溫度、達到節(jié)能,效率高。
■ 可與高速雙邊機,上下片等設備對接,實現(xiàn)自動化生產線。
■ Modular assembled structure, aluminum alloy girders, touch screen PLC control system, operating interface is simple and easy to understand.
■ Three pairs hair brush(Φ160 ㎜ ) with stainless steel shaft, the up hard hair brush is controlled by pneumatic cylinder and can be lifted up independently, so the soft hair brush can wash the LOW-E glass, common coating film glass.
■ Helical teeth transmission driving system, frequency speed adjustment. The up and lower washing brushes are drive by two groups of independent gear belt system, with steady speed and longer working life.
■Convenient thickness adjustment, the whole section can hoist 320mm to facilitate inner clean.
■ Can bestandardwith Feng Shui heating, temperature module collection, precise temperature control, energy saving, and high efficiency.
■ Can connected with high-speed double edging machine, automatic glass loading and unloading system to realize automatic processing.
