1、本產品采用高級進口丙烯酸樹脂和高級顏料經過細制研磨加工組合而成，適用范圍：各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得的附著力。 2、產品特性：平光、附著力佳、流平性佳、硬度強、耐酒精、耐沖壓、抗刮傷、耐化學品。 3、稀釋劑：建議采用本公司配套專用稀釋劑開油。 4、固化劑：本產品無需加固化劑，切勿加不配套的固化劑，會影響其效果 5、油墨調配方法：攪拌時先加稀釋劑10%左右稀釋到印刷適合粘度。 6、干燥時間：表干時間自然揮發5-10分鐘，實干時間在24小時以內，48小時后達較佳性能，烤箱80℃烘烤30分鐘性能更優。 7、使用期限：半年，過期請棄用，加了其他助劑剩余油墨不可回收。【油墨使用注意事項】 1、試印確認符合要求后再批量生產。 2、做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質工作，以促進附著效果。 3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，需要完全固化后方可檢測。 4、未經允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。 5、絲網印刷加適量拉絲膏用本公司特慢干稀釋劑更適宜印刷工藝順暢。 6、注意作業車間的濕度，濕度過大會影響附著力，溫度高容易堵網。【油墨性能檢測結果】 1、3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。 2、純度99%的酒精500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭100次無脫色。【油墨使用安全規則】 1、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時嚴禁煙火 2、使用時注意施工場所的通風狀況良好。 3、盡量避免皮膚直接接觸。 4、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內，應用大量水清洗或直接求助醫生。 5、對本品過敏者，使用前應涂覆一層皮膚扶膚膏或戴不滲透手套。 6、注意作業車間的濕度，濕度過大會影響附著力，溫度高容易堵網
