懸掛式玻璃加料機是我國1986年引進日本東芝公司的先進產品，經過廠家運行使用，也有不佳之處。根據廠家的技術人員的意見，在原有基礎上有所改進，經過廠家使用鑒定，是目前較為理想的先進加料裝置。本機采用鋼結構，焊接成型，觸熱部位，采用耐熱鋼（1CR18NI9TI)以弧線推進的原理，進行推加料，其特點是全封閉，降低能耗，無粉塵，提高了車間的空氣清晰度。整機懸掛于固定框架上，不占用廠地面積，動力系統位于加料機框架上面。

玻璃器皿就是用玻璃所造的器皿。玻璃藝術在我國保持了連綿不斷幾千年的發展歷史。明代萬歷年間，山東博山的料器制作已十分繁榮興盛，明末清初傳入北京，在清初康熙、雍正、乾隆時期，琉璃生產一度得到復興，清康熙三十五年，北京出現大規模的“琉璃廠”，生產皇宮享用的料器。在這期間，玻璃器皿的品種豐富多彩，造型與裝飾也有所變化。其中料仿玉、翡翠、瑪瑙、珊瑚等制成的瓶、碗、鼻煙壺、鳥獸等，顏色逼真，具有獨特風格和韻味。玻璃器皿多用鈉鈣硅酸鹽玻璃做成，無色透明的器皿，玻璃中的含鐵量一般低于0.02%。在玻璃原料中加入著色劑，可制得有色玻璃；加入乳濁劑，制得乳濁玻璃（見玻璃制造）。制造琢磨車刻的高級藝術器皿如高腳杯、香水瓶、果盆等多采用鉀鉛硅酸鹽玻璃，又稱鉛晶質玻璃。這種玻璃含PbO，具有高折射率和色散，磨刻棱面時格外光亮，高比重，敲擊時發清脆聲響。含PbO30%以上的為全鉛晶質玻璃，含PbO24～30%為中鉛晶質玻璃，含PbO18%以下為低鉛晶質玻璃，另外還有含BaO的鋇晶質玻璃。煮食器皿如咖啡壺等制品采用耐熱硼硅酸鹽玻璃，其熱膨脹系數低，耐溫度急變性強。微晶玻璃具有更好的耐熱和耐溫度急變性，機械強度大，適合制造炊燒器皿和飯店旅館中經常洗滌的器皿。
