您好！這種氧化鋯銑刀和模擬頭我司非常擅長生產(chǎn)。也是常年批量出口的，替代德國原裝進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。我司采用德國的鎢鋼原材料，瑞士300萬RMB的CNC生產(chǎn)的。銑刀的公差+0/-0.005 mm； 總長的公差：47 +0/-0.03 mm（46.97~47mm）.這樣貴司在換刀時不用對刀調(diào)整的時間，只要直接安裝上去就可以使用了。刃口都是鏡面研磨的。

φ1.0（R0.5）一般用2刃。 φ2.0（R1.0）和φ3.0（R1.5）和φ4.0（R2.0）用3刃的。有的客戶只要提供刀具和配用的模擬頭即可。有的客戶要求配塑料環(huán)，定位高度作用。要求配環(huán)的要告知配的高度，每家都不一樣！

一般比例的刃長是刃口全部開刃就可以了。要求刃口很長的，中間一般有細(xì)徑（如2.0的，開刃長度5.0，細(xì)徑長度10mm）。刃長特別長的成本會高一些，單價也會高一些。
