"美氏M6361"酸性硅酮密封膠是一種酸性固化的高性能密封膠:1)固化迅速;2)固化收縮率低;3)在低溫(-45℃)至高溫(+164℃)內保持良好彈性;4)柔軟抗震,耐變形;5)對于多數基材有良好的兼容性;6)用于各類門窗安裝.

說明:

1)施工溫度在5°C~40°C之間;

2)用兩塊布法清潔基材;

3)將膠嘴按需要的大小做45°切斷;

4)將膠打滿接縫處;

5)10分鐘內結皮.?

重要:

1)使用前請做材料相容性測試;

2)不用于銅,鋅和磚石材料;

3)不用于幕墻結構性裝配或表面溫度(45℃)以上的材料;

4)不用于滲出油污或溶劑的材料；

5)在足夠通風條件下使用.

DIRECTIONS:

1)Construction applicable between 5℃~40℃;

2)Substrates should be solvent cleaned using two clothes method;

3)Cut the nozzle to desired opening at 45°angle ;

4)Fill the joint completely;

5)Formation of skin in 8 minutes.

IMPORTANT:

1)Please do material compatibility testing before use；

2)Not for copper,zinc and stone;

3)Do not use in structural applications or where surface temperatures exceed 45℃ for material safety;

4)Incompatible oozing out oily or solvents;

5)Apply in Plenty of air.

正在加載玻璃膠主要分兩大類：硅酮膠和聚氨酯膠（PU)。硅酮膠又分為酸性膠和中性膠，中性膠有結構膠和密封膠以及耐候膠。聚氨酯膠分粘接膠和密封膠。硅酸鈉在以水為分散劑的體系中為無色、略帶色的透明或半透明粘稠狀液體。固體硅酸鈉為無色、略帶色的透明或半透明玻璃塊狀體。形態分為液體、固體、水淬三種，理論上稱這類物質為“膠體”。普通硅酸鈉為略帶淺藍色塊狀或顆粒狀固體，高溫高壓溶解后是略帶色的透明或半透明粘稠液體。1．玻璃膠好壞可以從粘度、拉力、是否防霉、是否容易清潔、是否會變色等方面考察。從顏色上看，玻璃膠有各種顏色，白色、黑色、彩色等，還有透明色。2．酸性硅酮玻璃膠：粘接范圍廣，對大部分建筑材料如玻璃、鋁材、不含油質的木材等具有優異的粘接性。但是不能用于粘接陶瓷、大理石等。3．中性硅酮玻璃膠：可以用于粘接陶瓷潔具、大理石等。4．市場上玻璃膠的品種很多，有酸性玻璃膠、中性耐候膠、硅酸中性結構膠、硅酮石材膠、中性防霉膠、中空玻璃膠、鋁塑板專用膠、水族箱專用膠、大玻璃專用膠、浴室防霉專用膠、酸性結構膠等等。
