PP耐手汗絲印油墨

歐萊斯PP系列油墨是采用進口原材料及顏料經技術中心反復測試調制而成的PP免處理高性能油墨，油墨墨層柔軟度好、富彈性、耐磨損，對于未處理PP料通用性好，具有耐熱油、耐汗液、高抗刮性、高耐醇、高耐磨、耐水煮、流動性好，可絲印和移印等特點。

PP料、處理過之PE料、尼龍料及類似材料

【基本性能】

承印物：未處理的半透明PP水杯、印刷后自干24小時測試

【使用說明】

網板：250—350目聚脂絲網印版膠刮：建議使用65-80度聚氨酯膠刮參考用量：300目網板印刷約為35㎡/㎏選用稀釋劑：S-91絲印稀釋劑、S-81移印稀釋劑網板清洗：選用有機溶劑清洗（如：洗網水）

【干燥條件】

自然揮發干燥：表干5分鐘，完全干燥48小時或者烘烤85-100℃ 40分鐘（烘烤溫度較高時，可適當減少烘烤時間）PE料、尼龍料、有添加口水雜料或有蠟層的PP料建議烘烤附著性更佳。

【固化劑】

對PE料和部分雜料之PP料，可能會出現附著力差等現象，可選用本公司PPA-34處理劑擦拭或添加T-2M固化劑10%進行加溫烘烤，以增強其附著力。

【注意事項】

1、塑膠產品具有多樣性，材料外觀相似但可能是不同的材料，建議做好測試再進行印刷

2、對于表面張力較小的材料，可先用PP處理劑或火焰處理法對底材進行處理后印刷，這樣可以提高油墨的附著力。

3、該油墨屬于慢反應固化型油墨，測試附著力必需在印刷后24小時以上再進行測試。

4、PP油墨顯酸性，用于移印時，如果油墨長時間浸泡覆蓋鋼板可能對鋼板有輕微的腐蝕。

5、銀色、金色建議低溫（10℃以內）保存，在常溫下保存的時間相對較短，一般不超過1個月。

[instructions for use]

Mesh plate: 250 - 350 mesh polyester screen plate

Squeegee: it is recommended to use 65-80 degree polyurethane squeegee

Dosage: 300 mesh screen printing is about 35 kg / square meters

Choose thinner: S-91 screen thinner, S-81 printing thinner

Screen cleaning: the use of organic solvents cleaning (such as: washing mesh water)

[drying conditions]

Natural dry: dry for 5 minutes, completely dry 48 hours or 40 minutes (C 85-100 baking baking temperature is high, may be appropriate to reduce the baking time) PE material, nylon material, adding complex material or PP material slobber suggest baking wax layer adhesion.

[curing agent]

For PE materials and some miscellaneous materials of PP material, there may be poor adhesion, and so on, we can choose our company PPA-34 treatment agent to wipe or add T-2M curing agent 10% for heating baking, so as to enhance its adhesion.

[matters needing attention]

1, plastic products are diverse, similar material appearance, but may be different materials, it is recommended to do the test and then print

2, for the less surface tension of the material, you can first use PP treatment agent or flame treatment method for the substrate after processing printing, so as to improve the adhesion of the ink.

3, the ink belongs to slow response curing ink, test adhesion must be printed after more than 24 hours and then tested.

4, PP ink acid, used for pad printing, if the ink for a long time to cover the steel plate, may have slight corrosion of steel plate.

5, silver, gold, recommended low temperature (10 degrees Celsius) preservation, at room temperature preservation time is relatively short, generally not more than 1 months.
