3、 稀釋劑：本公司B-03稀釋劑或783慢干稀釋劑。

4、 固化劑：本產品為單組份油墨，如有特殊要求也可選擇添加固化劑增加附著力及墨層抗性。

5、 油墨調配：充份攪拌后取所需用量進行調配使用，雙組份油墨先按比例添加固化劑攪拌均勻，然后再添加稀釋劑稀釋到合適粘度進行印刷；添加固化劑后的油墨超過使用時限會產生粘稠膠化現象，請及時清洗網版，并棄用油墨，不可回收。

6、 網版及刮膠：適合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂網紗，聚氨脂PU油性刮膠。

7、 干燥條件及時間：本產品可以常溫干燥，也可以烘烤快速干燥，建議干燥溫度及時間為25℃/24小時，60℃/40分鐘，80℃/30分鐘，100℃/20分鐘。

8、 性能檢測：

用3M600膠帶劃百格測試100%無脫落；

用棉布沾95%工業酒精以500G力水平來回擦拭100次無脫色；

1mm厚鋁片在印刷位置進行沖斷、卷邊、延壓后邊緣位置100%無脫落；

9、 包裝規格：1KG/膠罐，12罐/箱。

10、儲存條件：置于干燥通風處常溫保存；避免高溫、太陽直射，嚴禁煙火。

8. Performance testing:

Use 3M600 tape to make 100 lattice tests 100% without falling off.

With cotton cloth, 95% industrial alcohol was wiped back and forth at the level of 500G force for 100 times without decolorization.
