J系列較簡式復膜機是針對大型板材及五金板材復膜而設計的，其占地面積較小，重量較輕，操作簡便，速度快，使用無級手動調速。進料和出料可根據不同的要求另安裝滾筒式輸送平臺，厚度可準確調節，復膜產品厚度較高可達10mm以上，是一款適用于大型玻璃、五金、塑膠、廣告等行業的冷裱用經濟型復膜機，經復膜后的產品，防水、經久耐用。

該設備廣泛應用于不銹鋼板、鋁板、木板、鋁塑板、大理石板、鏡片板、夾心彩鋼板、防火板，飾面板、有機玻璃板、PS、PE、PVC板陽光板（聚碳酸酯板）、防盜門、標牌，鍍膜玻璃，高檔家具，高檔工藝品、電器柜、地板，家用電器外殼，儀器儀表等平板表面的覆膜、貼附、壓附帶膠PE保護膜，以便于在生產加工,運輸,貯存和使用過程中不受污染,腐蝕,劃傷,保護原有的光潔亮澤的表面以及鏡片等，該系列機器由上下橡膠輥、機架、動力傳動及控制裝置、托膜架等組成，具有貼膜平整、無皺褶、無氣泡、使用壽命長等特點，可選擇單面覆膜或同時雙面貼膜、有安全操作裝置、自動切膜、送料架、進料速度可調等機型。較大加工寬度可以為：800mm、1000mm、1300mm、1600mm、2000mm或其它定做尺寸
