LJBZ2025 中空玻璃全自動生產線（不充氣）

中空玻璃是以兩片或多片玻璃，以有效的支撐均勻隔開，周邊黏結密封，使玻璃層間形成干燥氣體空間的產品。這種產品具有隔音、隔熱、防結露和降低能耗的作用，被廣泛應用于建筑、交通、冷藏等行業。十九世紀末期，中空玻璃生產技術最早發明于美國，在歐洲得到了推廣和應用，產品經歷了焊接中空玻璃、熔接中空玻璃、膠接中空玻璃和幾種中空玻璃并存的一段時期，發展到以膠接中空玻璃為主其他為輔的市場形式。我國中空玻璃的生產是，到一九九零年進入了飛速發展階段，產品基本是以鋁條充干燥劑并用聚硫膠或其他膠密封，這種產品被業內人士稱為第三代鋁條法中空玻璃。隨著科技的進步，生活水平的提高，人們對生活環境條件和產品使用壽命的要求也越來越高，尤其是七十年代末期，世界范圍的能源緊張，各國對節能、環保型產品的推廣使用比較重視，中空玻璃產品生產、研制也逐步向節能、環保型方向發展。一九八八年，我國開始引進膠條法中空玻璃生產線，到目前，已先后引進了近七十條生產線，再加上國產生產線和手工生產線約240多條，年生產能力為1000多萬平方米。產品已經應用到建筑、交通、冷藏和裝飾等領域，受到了廣泛的歡迎，國內也發展起以濟南四通機械有限公司為代表的專業中空玻璃生產線制造企業企業。
