設備描述 Machine Feature

自動上傳\定位,可同時鉆兩個孔,效率高； 基于工業電腦的數控技術，程序可用U盤或聯網傳輸； 玻璃雙面鉆孔，上下鉆頭鉆孔通過伺服控制,絲桿完成； 參數直接控制鉆孔的速度和深度，并可調整參數補償鉆頭損耗。 高精度的滾珠絲桿及導軌保證鉆孔精度，不產生玻璃劃傷； Windows界面，易學易用，普通工人2小時學習即可熟練操作；

Glass Loading/alignment automatic,can drill 2 holes at the same time; PC-based numerical control,can make programs in office; Up/down spindles for drilling move by servo motor; By adjust parameters to modify drilling speed & depth; Windows interface,easy to operate.

R角 倒角機 數控圓角機

倒角機是在由由機體、外角倒角工作臺、定位托臺、內角倒角工作臺、內角轉動刀頭、外角轉動刀頭、電動機和傳動機構組成，在機體水平上板上垂直安裝內、外角轉動刀頭，其下端軸部設置傳動機構，垂直升降的內角倒角工作臺中心的內角刀頭露孔中露出內角轉動刀頭，位于上述外角轉動刀頭正上方定位托臺下側的凹槽與外角倒角工作臺的外角刀頭露孔相結合，端面上構成外角轉動刀頭露出的外角刀頭露孔，外角倒角工作臺與機體水平上板之間設置升降裝置，使外角倒角工作臺垂直升降，以使外角刀頭露孔中外角轉動刀頭露出可以調節。
