Label detection equipment adopts machine vision system to carry out high speed detection. The equipment is mainly divided into 3 units: vision detection unit, system control unit and defective product removing unit.The vision detection unit adopts high speed camera with visually dedicated LED light source. Its image is clear, soft algorithm is mature and stable and operation steps are easy to understand.
